This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds for the CognoStack software-as-a-service platform ("Service") provided by Talentotal Systems Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate access granted to our platform's features and intellectual property upon subscription, all fees paid for CognoStack subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, plan downgrades, or unused time.

Our operational costs for account provisioning and data management are incurred at the time of purchase, and as such, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. We encourage all potential customers to take full advantage of our personalized demo process to evaluate the Service and ensure it meets your needs before committing to a subscription.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you may do so from your account billing settings or by contacting our support team.

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current, prepaid billing cycle (e.g., the end of the month or year).
  • You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations can occur. At our sole discretion, we may consider providing a refund or credit in very limited circumstances, such as in the case of a verified billing error on our part. Any such requests must be submitted to our support team within 30 days of the charge in question.

A request for a refund under these circumstances does not guarantee that a refund will be issued. Each case will be reviewed individually.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
